企业民主参与制度中的员工评价实证研究

企业对民主参与制度的选择除了要考虑各项参与制度对于企业发展的作用外,还应该关注员工对于各项参与制度的接受度和认可度.在对67家企业751名员工相关问题的调查研究表明,被调查员工对企业各项民主参与制度的评价呈现出评价水平偏低和对各项参与制度的知晓程度不高的两个特点.同时,研究通过结构方程建模的方法形成了一个新的变量,用以描述员工对企业民主参与制度的建立和执行情况的综合评价.通过计算发现,被调查员工对样本企业民主参与的整体评价也不甚乐观.

An Empirical Study on Staff Evaluation of the System of Enterprise Democratic Participation
