| 摘 要： | 听证程序在促进行政机关依法行政、公平执法等方面有着重要作用,是行政程序法的核心内容。听证程序具有一定理论基础并在我国有了适用,但在听证程序中仍存在一些问题,我国听证程序今后还需要进一步发展和逐渐完善。

| Abstract: | The procedure of hearing,as a core content of the procedural law of administration,plays an important role in ensuring administrative organs' dealing with administrative affaires legally and enforcing the law impartially.Although the procedure of hearing has theoretical basis to a certain degree and has been applied in China,there're still some problems,which need to be developed and perfected in the future. |
