| 摘 要： | 在长期的生产生活实践中,西南少数民族创造出了多姿多彩的传统体育活动。这些体育项目历史久远,带有鲜明的民族特色和地方特色;体现了西南少数民族勤劳质朴、顽强拼搏、热爱和平、尚武爱国的民族精神。传统体育竞技活动具有健身、教育、娱乐、交往、凝聚、道德等重要功能。这些功能在现代社会背景下仍然具有进一步发展的空间。

| Abstract: | In the long-term production and life practice,a colorful ethnic minority’s traditional sports had been created by Southwest Minority.With a long history and a distinctive national and local characteristics,these sports are always full participation by the members.Southwest minority traditional sports are an extremely valuable intangible cultural heritage with multiple important functions,such as fitness,education,entertainment,communication,cohesion and moral.in the background of modern society,These functions still has Room for further development. |
