| 摘 要： | 广西是喀斯特地貌发育的典型地区 ,是全国石漠化三个重灾区之一。加快广西石山地区生态环境建设 :必须加快退耕还林 ,植树造林的步伐 ;控制人口增长 ,提高人口素质 ;尊重科学、尊重群众、尊重市场 ;广辟资金筹集渠道 ,改革资金使用方法。

| Abstract: | Guangxi is a typical area of karst topography and one of the three desertification severely afflicted areas in China. In order to quicken the improvement of ecological environment in the rocky mountain areas in Guangxi, we should speed the afforestation pace, control population growth and enhance population quality. We should also respect science the masses and the market, try various channels to raise the money and improve the use of the funds. |
