| Abstract: | The building of modern political culture is an important ring in perfecting the country's party system. Since the open up, the change of the political culture's inner structure promotes the development of the country's party system. But from the strategic analysis of building political civilization, the conflict of various non-main streams in the political culture, in some way, restricts the party system's development. |
