公约式评教探索研究

摘    要:公约式评教,其评教指标由师、生、管理者共同制定,评教信息直接反馈给教师,它强调评价过程的周期性,充分体现师生间的平等、信任、尊重,更多地体现激励与发展。公约式评教是可行并且是有效的,它对提高教师教学质量、促进师生关系的和谐和学生学习的积极性主动性有明显作用;它的双向互动性弥补了传统学生评教中单向性的缺陷。

Exploration and research on Conventional Evaluation
Abstract:This paper explores a new kind of students' evaluation on teaching method, that is, Consultative Teaching Evaluation. It refers to teaching evaluation index mutually decided by teachers and students ; evaluation information is given feedback to teachers directly. The periodicity of the process is emphasized. Consultative teaching evaluation embodies the equality, trustfulness and respect between teachers and students sufficiently, lives up to communication and exchange between teachers and students really, and embodies stimulation and development more. The research explains the related theories of consultative teaching evaluation and explores them about a term. Finally, it comes to the following conclusions:Consultative teaching evaluation is feasible and effective ; it has obvious effects on the improvement of the quality of teaching and harmony of teacher student relationship. At the same time, its bilateral interaction makes up the one - way defect better which usually appeared in the process of traditional students' evaluation on instruction.
