探讨员工工匠行为的构想及维度

摘    要:在现有管理学研究中鲜有研究如何将工匠精神落实到员工层面,这给企业培养员工工匠精神以及检验工匠精神的培养效果都带来了挑战。探索工匠精神的内涵,聚焦员工的工匠行为,通过对2015年至今的相关文献梳理、焦点小组讨论及对十余位来自澳门和广东的具备工匠质素专职人员的访谈,得出了构成员工工匠行为五个维度:职业承诺、职业使命感、工作投入与自我表达、尽责以及创新。

Abstract:In the existing management research,it is rarely studied how to implement the craftsman spirit to the employee level,which brings challenges to the enterprise to cultivate the employee craftsman spirit and test the training effect of the craftsman spirit.By reviewing relevant literature from 2015 to the present,exploring the connotation of the craftsman spirit,focusing on the employee craftsman behavior,group discussion and interviews with more than ten full-time craftsmen from Macau and Guangdong,we have come to the conclusion that the composition of employee craftsmen is five possible dimensions of behavior:professional commitment,professional mission,work engagement and self-expression,conscientiousness,and innovation.
