新思维新选择新突破--21世纪共青团院校改革与发展的思考

面临 2 1世纪社会形势的变化 ,共青团院校必须在党的十六大精神指引下 ,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,积极主动改革 ,寻求发展壮大。共青团院校的发展要有新思维、新选择、新突破。新思维就是强化政治功能、突出青年特色、创造独特品牌、提高无形资产、建构社会网络。新选择就是发展决策前瞻化、管理体制灵活化、办学方式多元化、教育内容丰富化、社会资源广泛化。新突破是 :1 .教育———培养青年领袖、引领社会潮流 ;2 .科研———预测青年趋势、服务社会变革 ;3 .策划———创新青年工作、提升社会文明 ;4 .咨询———开发青年潜能、活跃社会经济 ;5 .传播———塑造青年楷模、倡导社会理想。

New Thinking, New Choice, New Breakthrough

Facing the social situation changes in the 21st century, youth league colleges must look up to the spirit of the 16th Party Congress as the guideline and uphold the important thoughts of "Three Represents" to take the initiatives for reform and sustained development. Youth league colleges must cultivate new thinking, make new choices and realize new breakthroughs. New thinking means cementing politic functions, highlighting features of the youth, building up unique brands, enhancing intangible assets and setting up the social network.
