论全面从严治党的内涵及其法治要求

在全面从严治党战略中,无论是“全面”,还是“从严”,抑或是“治”,都具有极为丰富和深刻的意涵。依规治党是全面从严治党的法治要求,与全面从严治党有着极为密切的关联。站在全面从严治党的视角下,当前依规治党还存在着不少显见问题,需要通过完善党内法规制度体系,强化党内法规制度的协同性建设,严格把握制度适用对象范围等对策推进中予以矫正。
