A Textual Research of Corporate Social Responsibility:the Theory,Law and Technique

It is essential to marshal theories of corporate social responsibility(CSR)from the perspectives of liberalism,realism,and especially Marxism if CSR,acting as the medium and transitional link from industrial ear to information age,is taken into consideration.In the practice of enterprises,it is of vital importance to observe and differentiate the ownership and systems of corporate legal person when we try to understand the logic and system of CSR.Being an intermediary agent between the inside and outside relations of a company,CSR acts a significant part of company relations in information age.As a reference,a cooperative platform of government-corporate social responsibility can play the leading role in solving the problems of society and environment in China.
