| 摘 要： | 文书变造人利用擦刮方式对纸质文书上某些关键的字符、图案进行擦刮处理、人为改变文书原有内容的同时,必然对纸张纤维形态造成一定影响并形成相应的特征。纸张纤维形态的改变作为擦刮文书中最为本质的特征之一,可以为鉴定人员判明文书擦刮事实、认定文书擦刮方式及工具等专门性问题提供重要的客观依据。

| Abstract: | When one alters certain original characters or patterns on document by scraping,the configuration of paper fiber will be influenced and changed to certain characters.As one of the essential characters,the change of configuration of fiber can be used as an important objective evidence for the expert to judge the fact of scraping the document and identify the method and tools of scraping the document. |
