人民法院司法警察立法改革探索

人民法院司法警察制度是我国警察制度的重要组成部分,在建设社会主义法治国家的大背景下探讨司法警察体制改革与创新,警察法治始终是其应有之义,相关立法也就必然成为完善该制度的核心内容。我国司法警察在任务、组织、行为、责任及救济立法等方面皆存在不足。应通过修改《人民警察法》、《法院组织法》、《治安管理处罚法》,制定《执行程序法》、《行政强制法》等立法途径加以完善,并使之系统化。
