有限理性视野下的侦查决策失误研究

侦查决策是侦查学研究的重要内容之一,但我国目前对侦查决策的研究还较为薄弱,侦查中的决策失误问题更是鲜有论及,在有限理性视野下侦查决策可分为确定情势下的侦查决策与不确定情势下的侦查决策两种基本类型,遵循"最满意"的评断标准,侦查中决策的失误原因也因两种决策基本类型不同而不同。虽然侦查决策失误无法完全消除,但是却可以在一定程度上予以减少。
