当前我国民族自治地方立法权限问题探析

On the present limits of Authority in The local lawmaking in national autonomuous areas in our country

The lacal lawmaking of national autonomous areas is an important part of the local law making in our country.Its limits of authority is different from those of common administrative regions,eccnomic special areas and spercial administrative arears.It is reflected in some degree of autonomy right,adaptational right and supplemental right.Clarifying the limits of authority,using and executing the rights not only serve the national cutonomous areas,but also provide practical precedent for national law making.
