河北省科技进步对经济增长影响的实证分析

应用CES生产函数和索洛余值法对河北省科技进步对经济增长的作用进行实证分析。结果显示,河北省经济增长方式为粗放型模式,技术进步年均增长率较低,劳动密集程度较高,经济增长主要靠生产要素的大量投入;经济总量增长速度较慢,经济结构不合理成为河北经济增长的瓶颈,严重制约着河北经济快速增长;河北省要实现经济快速增长,就要加大科技投入,不断转变经济增长方式、优化产业结构,走消耗低、效率高的科技型之路。

Experimental Analysis on the Effects of Scientific Development on Economic Increase in Hebei

From the experimental analysis on the effects of scientific development on economic increase in Hebei by using CES production function and Solow residual value method,we can see that the economic development mode in Hebei is extensive,the average increase rate is comparatively low,the level of labor intensive is high,economy increase mainly depends on large number of factors of production,the increase speed of total amount of economy is low.At the same time,unreasonable economy structure is the neck of economy development which restricts its increasing speed.So,if Hebei is to develop faster,she should enlarge her economy investment,change her economy increasing form,better her business structure,and go through a path of high efficiency with low consumption.
