干部学院培训师队伍建设管理研究

摘    要:本文基于中国延安干部学院的体制与办学经验,提出了培训师的概念与角色,并从学习、管理和培训多层面分析了培训师的专业角色:干部培训系统工程中的“组织者”、“引导者”、“研究者”、“服务者”和“主持者”。在此基础上,从多元化培训师队伍的构建、培训师队伍人才培养途径,以及如何打造一支专兼结合的培训师团队多个角度,进行了系统的阐述和分析,并提出了具体实施措施和方案。

Abstract:Based on the system of and educational experience at the China Executive Leadership Academy Yan' an, this paper proposes the concept of and the roles for trainers. From the aspects of study, management, and training, the paper analyzes a trainer' s professional roles as "organizer," "guide," "researcher," i, service provid- er," and "preSider" in the systems project of cadre training. On this basis, the paper provides systematic elaboration and analysis, and proposes solid measures and plans from muhipte aspects such as the construction of diverse person- nel of trainers, the path of personnel cultivation for trainers, and the method to build a team composed of full-time and part-time trainers.
