美国联邦政府公务员绩效评价及其启示

摘    要:从现代人力资源管理的角度来看,绩效管理的核心是绩效评价,美国联邦政府也正是遵循着这个理念,对公务员进行完善的绩效评价,以提高公务员绩效,最终提升联邦政府的绩效水平。360度绩效评价是美国联邦政府对公务员进行绩效评价的一大亮点,并且给予了相应的法律、法令和政策的规范。另外,美国联邦政府将绩效评价得出的结果应用于公务员的薪酬、培训、晋升等公务员管理的相关模块。

Abstract:From the modern point of view of human resources management,performance management is the core of performance evaluation,the U.S.federal government is also followed this concept,to conduct a comprehensive performance evaluation of civil servants in order to enhance civil service performance,and ultimately enhance the level of the federal government’s performance.360-degree performance evaluation is the U.S.federal government civil servants in the performance evaluation of a major bright spot,and give the corresponding laws,regulations and policies and standards.In addition,through the performance evaluation results of the U.S.federal government will also apply to civil service pay,training,promotion and other relevant civil service management modules.
