建设“人与自然和谐共生的现代化”的“重要窗口”

“人与自然和谐共生的现代化”是中国共产党的首创,是浙江省奋力打造“重要窗口”的必由之路。在实现绿色主导、生态优先、环境美丽、资源高效的“人与自然和谐共生的现代化”的进程中,浙江省始终“以更高的标准推进绿色低碳发展、以更大的范围推进生态环境保护、以更强的力度推进资源高效利用、以更广的视野推进美丽城乡建设、以更大的力度推进生态科技创新、以更严的要求推进生态环境治理”为主要抓手,旨在打造以“生态经济主导化、生态环境景观化、自然资源循环化、全省一体化大花园、绿色科技创新自主化、生态文明制度体系化”为主要表征的“重要窗口”。“人与自然和谐共生的现代化”的“重要窗口”是“理论、实践、制度”三位一体的硕果体系,充分彰显出新时代中国特色社会主义制度的巨大优越性。

Building “the Important Window” of Modernization for the Harmonious Coexistence of Man and Nature

“The modernization of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature” is the first initiative of the Communist Party of China, and the only way for Zhejiang Province in building the “important window”. In the process of realizing the “modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature” featuring green orientation, ecological priority, beautiful environment and efficient resources, Zhejiang Province aims at “a higher standard to promote green low carbon development and a greater scope to promote ecological environment protection, with stronger efforts to promote the efficient utilization of resources, with a wider vision to promote beautiful urban and rural construction, with greater endeavor to promote the ecological science and technology innovation, with more strict requirements to promote the ecological environment governance”. It is determined to create an “important window” with “leading ecological economy,ecological environment landscape,natural resources circulation, a provincial integrated big garden, green science and technology innovation autonomy,ecological civilization system” as the main representations. The “important window” of “modernization in which man and nature coexist harmoniously” is the integrated achievement of “theory, practice and system”, which fully demonstrates the great superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
