慈善组织公信力重塑过程中第三方评估机制研究

慈善组织的核心宗旨在于传播和实践慈爱与善行,在此过程中,诚信、信任、道德、责任、人道等是其最基本的价值取向,这就决定了慈善事业要取得发展必须维护其社会公信力。本文试图通过对慈善组织公信力构成要件的分析,结合中国慈善组织公信力缺失的现状和原因,研究如何从第三方评估的角度来重塑慈善组织的公信力。文章首先剖析了第三方评估在中国慈善组织领域的运作状况,继而从评估主体、评估过程和评估的外部环境三个角度提出了具体的改进意见。文章的创新之处在于重新设计了第三方评估的流程图和详细的评估指标体系。

Research on the Third-Party Assessment Mechanism in the Course of Remodeling the Credibility of Philanthropy

The purpose of charities is to diffuse and practice the love and kindness,so honest,trust,virtue,duty and humanity is the value orientation.Meanwhile,to develop the philanthropy needs to protect its credibility.Although philanthropy in China has developed quickly these years,"Guo Meimei Scandal" and such kind of things have brought negative results and injured the credibility of philanthropy.The paper means to analyze the composing elements of credibility,closely integrate with practice,and give the way to remodel the credibility from the "Third-Party Assessment Mechanism" perspective.The paper first analyzes the operation of mechanism,and then raises some opinions for improvement.The innovation of the paper is to redesign the flowchart and index system for Third-Party Assessment Mechanism.
