| Abstract: | In criminal law teaching,the reasonable and correct application of cases in the teaching will not only promote students' interest but also helps to inspire students' initiative,cultivate students' logical and reasoning ability and their capability of solving the problems by themselves.Cases teaching is used to reach the aim of inspiring interest by cases,explaining reason by cases,cultivating ability by cases. |
