| 摘 要： | 近些年来,青少年违法犯罪上升较快,成为令人瞩目的社会现象,而社区矫正是预防青少年再犯罪的一种有效的行刑社会化的方式,充分体现了我国青少年犯罪再预防的刑事政策。本文主要对青少年犯罪的原因和现状、我国正在建立的社区矫正制度以及社区矫正制度对解决青少年再犯罪所起的重要作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years, juvenile delinquency has increased faster, as eye-catching phenomenon. Community corrections is the prevention of juvenile crime and an effective re-socialization of the means of execution. It fully reflects our country's criminal policy to prevent juvenile crime again. In this paper, the author explored the sutus quo and the causes of juvenile crime, a community correction system which is to be established in China and the system's important role in helping solve more juvenile crime. |
