关于四川省劳动教养和社区矫正问题的调研报告

目的：了解劳动教养的现状及存在的问题，社区矫正的现状及存在的问题。对象：四川省各级公安机关以及社区矫正的试点城市。结论：现阶段的社会治安状况仍然十分严峻，违法犯罪十分突出；劳动教养是对《刑法》和《治安管理处罚法》的重要补充，弥补了前两种法律制度在预防和惩治违法犯罪方面的不足；社区矫正的推广适用应当审慎有序。

The investigation and study of the reeducation through labor and the community correction in Sichuan Province

Aim:Understand the present situation of reeducation through labor and it's existed question.Object:the public security organ at different levels in Sichuan Province.Conclusion:it is very rigorous of the present situation about society public order,break the law and crime are very rigorous,the reeducation through labor play a positive role,carrying out the community correction should think over carefully.
