| 摘 要： | 刑事政策是指导一国犯罪防治工作的总体策略，其科学与否对该国犯罪防治效果及刑事法治的发展有重要影响。时值我国1979年刑法施行30周年之际，探讨30年来中国刑事政策的历程有助于发掘刑事政策演变背后的更深层次的问题。重新梳理相关刑事政策间的关系，并分析其演变后的社会因素，是把握今后刑事政策发展方向的必然要求。
