| Abstract: | At present our country is during the stage of economic and politic organization reformation historically.The concerption of rule by law has been established primarilly.Criminal law is confronted with the selection and reconstruction on value urgently.With the development of economy and enhancement of individul interest,domestic scholars more and more notice the idea of human rights protection in Criminal Law.Criminal Law of Human Rights represents the ideal tendency and value nature of modern Criminal law. |
