| 摘 要： | 近年来,金融系统经济案件时有发生,形势较为严峻,亟待采取有效措施加以防范.淮北市金融系统监察室与市检察院成立联合调查组,联系实际对全市金融系统近三年来立案查处的经济案件的特点、成因进行分析,并就如何防范提出一些对策.
