| 摘 要： | 作品虚拟角色的保护是我国知识产权法研究的一个新领域,而传统著作权法、商标法和反不正当竞争法对它的保护非常有限,均只能从一个侧面保护虚拟角色。对此,在分析诸法保护局限性的基础上,拟提出合理有效保护虚拟角色的法律制度模式。
