| 摘 要： | 微能力是领导干部适应微时代所需的特殊能力。微能力的特殊功能是组织凝聚、媒介交流、意见表达。在微时代,由于领导干部面临着诸多新问题,需要不断提升自身的微能力,包括转换角色,深入基层;重视学习,包容质疑;积极参与,正确引导;自律其身,接受监督。新时期的领导干部,需要适应新形势,学会与微博打交道,在提高其他能力的同时提升自身的微能力,发挥领导力产生的功能。
