| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济一体化和金融服务多元化的发展，混业经营已经成为未来金融行业发展的主流模式，我国所奉行的分业经营模式弊端日益显现，在这种情况下，相关政策开始松动，金融监管当局开始鼓励商业银行向混业经营进行发展，银行自身业务呈多元化发展，金融控股集团雏形初现。

| Abstract: | With the development of incorporate world economy and plural financial service, the mixing operation has become the main mode of the future financial industry. The problems of divided operation mode increasingly appear. In this circumstance, the policies start, finance supervision department encourage that the commercial bank develop the mixing operation and so on. |
