| 摘 要： | 中国保安业已走过22年的风雨历程,发展迅速、成绩喜人,创造了很好的社会效益和经济效益,成为新兴的朝阳产业。而保安业现有的监管体系中存在的缺陷和问题在一定程度上限制了保安业的发展。为寻求保安业的进一步突破性发展,营造和完善符合我国社会主义市场经济规律的保安监管体系已势在必行。

| Abstract: | Chinese security industry has gone through 22 yeas of twists and turns,and achieved encouraging results and rapid development.It creates great social and economic benefits to become a burgeoning industry.Nevertheless,the existing shortcomings and problems in the regulatory system of security industry have hindered its development to some extent.In order to seek a further breakthrough in its development,it is inevitable to establish a new regulatory system which is suitable for the regular pattern of Chinese socialist market economy. |
