| 摘 要： | 公安执法监督工作的首要原则是依法监督,然而,我国专门的监督法立法滞后,现行法律法规中的监督内容又存在许多缺陷,如:监督程序的规定不完善、不合理、不一致,缺乏可操作性;执法监督范围的规定不完整;监督体制与管辖制度不科学。对此,本文有针对性地提出了有关立法问题的拙见

| Abstract: | The top principle of public security law enforcement supervision is to supervise in accordance with law. However, Supervision Law and some related contents stipulated in some laws are not perfect with many defects: improper procedure of supervision, incomplete range of supervision, irrational system. Therefore, the article will make proposals about the issue. |
