| 摘 要： | 廉租房制度是我国现行的解决城镇最低收入阶层住房问题的一项社会保障措施,但该制度在具体实施的过程中存在着一些问题.从法律的角度对廉租房准入与退出制度进行相应的分析,并针对这些问题完善相关法律制度,以维护社会利益.
