摘    要:大学教育承担着人才培养的重要使命,实践育人是高校人才培养中的薄弱环节。文章立足于创新型农业人才的培养,基于浙江大学农业与生物技术学院将实践育人的理念融入创新型农业人才培养,在文化建设、基地建设、队伍建设、制度建设等方面做的探索和实践来剖析实践育人工作的问题和经验,并结合国内高校的实践经验积累,从实践育人基地的建设、实践活动运行方式、实践育人的内容形式、实践育人项目设置以及实践育人的考核评估几个方面提出提升实践育人的对策及成效,以更好地服务创新型农业人才的培养。

Abstract:It is the important mission of university to cultivate talents, while practice education is still inadequate in higher educational system. This paper is aimed at the cultivation of innovative agricultural talents, based on the practice education integrating into training systems of innovative agricultural talents from the exploration of college of agriculture and biotechnology of Zhejiang University, looking into its practical problems and work experience in terms of constructions in culture, base, team, system and so on. Meanwhile, combined with accumulated practical experience of domestic universities, we point out some measures to enhance the effectiveness of practice education, from the aspects of bases construction, operation modes, content forms, project settings, examination and evaluation in practice education, in the hope of providing better services for this cultivation system.
