中国共产党在红军时期的科学技术工作

红军时期,中国共产党的科学技术工作主要围绕军事和战争展开,具有务实性、长期性、灵活性、群众性的特点。由于面临着敌人残酷的军事围剿和疯狂的武装镇压,党和军队大部分时期在偏僻落后的农村活动,物质、技术、设备、人才、资金的制约使党十分注重医疗、电讯、军工三大技术的发展,因为这事关党和军队的后勤保障、通讯联络、情报侦察、物资补给。医疗、电讯、军工从而成为了中国共产党最先发展的科学技术。

The CPC’s Science and Technology Work in the Red Army Period

In the Red Army period,the CPC’s science and technology work was mainly focused on military af-fairs and wars,being pragmatic,long-term-oriented,flexible,and supported by the mass people. Faced by the enemy’s cruel military encirclement and crazy suppression,the activities of the Party and the army were often limited within the remote,underdeveloped rural areas. Under the restrictions of resources,technology,equip-ment,talents and funds,the Party paid much attention to the development of technologies in medicine,telecom-munication and military industry,because this is related to the logistics assurance,communication＆contact,in-telligence reconnaissance,and materials supply of the Party and the army. Therefore,medicine,telecommunica-tion,and military industry became the areas that the CPC firstly developed.
