| 摘 要： | 周恩来同志作为新中国外交的奠基者,其外交思想是在马列主义指导下科学分析当时国内外形势而形成的,但也吸取了传统文化的营养,受到传统文化的深刻影响,这表现在:周恩来外交思想的基本原则受到了传统文化中"和"的精神的影响;其外交礼仪思想吸收了传统礼仪文化的因素;其外交谋略受到了传统谋略思想的启迪;其外交艺术、外交教育思想吸收了传统文化的营养。

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional culture, especially the ＂He spirit＂（the Hamony Spirit）,had significant influence on Zhou EnLai＇s diplomatical thoughts. Such influence can be found in many aspects of Zhou＇s diplomatic believes, such as diplomatic strategy, diplomatic politeness, diplomatic art and education. |
