| 摘 要： | 虽然对诱惑侦查的概念和特征存在不同的理解,并且诱惑侦查与现行刑事司法制度冲突,但引进诱惑侦查对有效突破贿赂案件、拓宽侦查途径、实现检查机关独立行使侦查权等方面有积极作用。只要遵循一定的法律规制,严格控制案件使用范围,运用诱惑侦查能够实现打击犯罪与保护人权平衡统一的目标。
