| 摘 要： | 界定社区和传统的居民区之间性质的根本差别,分析当前城市社区的特点和社区警务应遵循的工作原则,提出社区警务战略的成败关健在于警方;并分析警方在社区的可为和不可为,进而可知社区警务活动对新时期和谐社区建设的重大推动作用和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Defining the fundamental difference in property between community and traditional resident area,analyzing the characteristics of urban community and the work principle of community policing should abide by,putting the key to success of community policing tactics is police and analyzing the police＇s behavior in community,we can understand the important promotion function and actual significance that community policing action brings to harmonious community construction in new time. |
