It is the inevitable choice for police academies to open program of public security emergency management in line with the needs for public security emergency talents as well as police academies’ inherent demand to enrich school-running connotations.Accordingly,efforts should be made to intensify the construction of public security emergency management program,which calls for innovation of the training model for public security emergency talents,cultivation and development of a part-time and full-time teaching team of emergency management,compilation of featured textbooks and optimization of training resources allocation.
