摘 要: | 加强高职院校的师资队伍建设,应立足于我国高职院校师资队伍的现状,借鉴发达国家高职院校师资队伍建设的经验,着重注意以下方面:重视职业技术教育师资队伍建设;加强职业技术教育“双师型”师资队伍建设;拓宽高职院校教师渠道,加大聘请兼职教师的力度;改革高职院校教师职称评审制度。

Abstract: | To strengthen the building - up of ranks of teachers should base on the status of teachers in China's Vocational College and learn from experience of developed countries , focusing on the following areas: regarding the enhancement of teachers of vocational and technical education, strengthening vocational and technical education "dual -mode" , broadening channels for vocational college teachers, increasing the intensity of employing part - time teachers ; reforming vocational College teachers title evaluation system. |
