| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校的师资队伍建设，应立足于我国高职院校师资队伍的现状，借鉴发达国家高职院校师资队伍建设的经验，着重注意以下方面：重视职业技术教育师资队伍建设；加强职业技术教育“双师型”师资队伍建设；拓宽高职院校教师渠道，加大聘请兼职教师的力度；改革高职院校教师职称评审制度。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the building - up of ranks of teachers should base on the status of teachers in China＇s Vocational College and learn from experience of developed countries , focusing on the following areas： regarding the enhancement of teachers of vocational and technical education, strengthening vocational and technical education ＂dual -mode＂ , broadening channels for vocational college teachers, increasing the intensity of employing part - time teachers ; reforming vocational College teachers title evaluation system. |
