试论江泽民国际战略论述的理论体系

江泽民同志在气势恢宏的战略谋划和卓有成效的外交实践中 ,提出了一系列国际战略新论述。首先 ,在国际战略全局形势和发展趋势的判断上 ,提出了对当今时代主题、国际关系根本特征、世界格局和经济全球化等问题的全新认识 ;其次 ,对我国的国际战略地位和作用作出新的判断 ;第三 ,在前两者的基础上对我国国际战略政策理论作出一系列创新和发展。包括国际战略指导思想、国际安全观、建立国际新秩序、履行大国责任和义务、调整改善大国关系、防止“西化”、“分化”、增强综合国力等等 ,从而形成了新时期有中国特色的国际战略理论体系。

Theoretical System of Jiang Zemin's International Strategy
