| 摘 要： | 暴力袭警事件造成的社会危害正引起社会舆论的广泛关注。就当前的情形而言,暴力袭警事件频繁发生的原因是多方面的,但主要是我国的法律对警察执法缺少必要的保障,公安机关自身的执法和管理水平不高。
