加强农村少先队辅导员队伍建设 促进农村少先队工作——浙江省农村学校少先队工作现状调研

调查显示,浙江农村学校少先队组织建设不健全;少先队活动缺少阵地;少先队辅导员工作热情高,但缺乏专业知识和技能。要促进农村少先队工作开展,在整合各种教育资源,优化少先队辅导员结构的同时,还要加强辅导员专业学习,提高辅导员少先队组织意识,拓展各种少先队活动阵地,为少先队开展活动搭建平台。
