| 摘 要： | 我国现行未成年人刑事法律制度有自己相对独立的特点,较成年犯罪人而言,现行刑事法规对未成年犯罪人在犯罪定性、诉讼和执行制度等方面显得宽容。现行未成年人刑事法律制度仍然存在着缺陷,我们必须加以重新审视,坚持与时俱进,使之进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The current minor's criminal legal system of our country has one's own relatively independent characteristics, the current criminal regulations to teenage seem tolerant in view of the crime determines, lawsuit and the system of carrying out,etc.. The current minor's criminal legal system of our country still has defects, we must examine it closely again, insist on growing with each passing hour,and perfect the system of our country further. |
