| 摘 要： | 在明代，随着封建专制主义中央集权的政治体制日益向极端的君主制方向发展，监察制度也更为严密与完备，是我国古代监察制度高度发展时期。通过对明代都察院与六科给事中制度进行探讨，可以进一步了解明代监察制度的作用、优点、弊端。明代都察院与六科给事中制度对现今中国监察制度具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | In Ming Dynasty, with the feudal autocracy centralized political system transforming to extreme monarchy, the supervisory system became stricter and more completed. It is the time that our ancient supervisory system highly develops. Through the study of the supervising council and six sections officials system of Ming Dynasty, this paper discusses the function, advantages and disadvantages of the supervision system of Ming Dynasty. They provide reference for China＇s contemporary supervision system. |
