Several Issues Concerning the Transformation of the Mode of Development by the Central Enterprises

This paper reviews the major achievements in our country’s reform of state owned economy,in promoting the central enterprises to become stronger and better,and in the transformation of the mode of economic development.It analyzes the main aspects and embodiments of the mismatch between the central enterprises and the demands for transforming the mode of economic development.Key factors that enhance and restrain the central enterprises to transform the mode of economic development are comprehensively studied.Special emphases are paid to discuss the urgency for the central enterprises to transform the mode of economic development,the relevant factors and laws promoting the transformation of mode,the deficiencies in comprehensive reform of state owned economy,and major aspects in technological innovation that need special pushes forward.
