| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国国情和实际工程经验对城市应急救援指挥系统信息平台建设进行了探讨,提出了信息平台层次结构,对各支次进行了功能描述并对系统信息平台设计中的关键问题进行了较为详细的论述,最后给出了信息平台的一种硬件结构和分系统的功能描述。
