| 摘 要： | 二宫企业文化的建设，是二宫发展的客观要求。二宫文化的建设，是一场思想上的革命，是在实践中逐步形成的，它不仅反映了二宫几年来发展变化的过程，也反映了二宫干部职工观念变化和整体素质提高的过程，体现了二宫文化的特色。二宫文化建设，使二宫、二宫人发生了根本性的变化，证明建设企业文化，在文化事业单位中同样重要。
