| 摘 要： | 对被害人除了应当予以强有力的诉讼保护外,诉讼外保护也十分重要。对被害人的诉讼外保 护主要是指：及时抚慰,治疗心理创伤;提供帮助,解决实际困难;帮助其总结教训,摆脱 中毒状态;果断处置,排除潜在威胁。

| Abstract: | The protection for victims out of the judicial proceedings is also of great importance except the poweiful procedural protection. The protection for victims out of the judicial proceedings refers to: to give them pacification in time and cure them their psychological wound; to offer them help and solve the practical difficulties: To help them summarize their experience and get rid of the state of being poisoned; to take decisive measures and eliminate the potential threaten. |
