| Abstract: | To broaden vision and channels of selection and appointment of personnel so as to promote outstanding talent is a major strategic task of the ruling party.We must adhere to the concept of innovation as the guide,the principle of the Party’s management of leadership and talent and the standard of selection and appointment in order to properly solve existing bottlenecks,innovate mechanisms for selection and appointment,and create a good environment for healthy growth of talent. |
