对公安院校实验开放的思考

公安院校实验室是实施公安人才素质教育和创新教育的重要基地,打破实验室自我封闭的独立框架、强调管理的服务功能,使实验室有效开放,对学员实践能力和创新能力的培养、开展科学研究、服务社会具有极其重要的作用。当前制约公安院校实验开放的因素很多,应根据现有资源合理确定开放对象和开放方式,加大对开放实验室的投入、建立教师激励机制、加强实验教学队伍的建设,以保证开放式实验教学的顺利开展。
