| 摘 要： | 近年来，陇南地区在“潜力在山、希望在林”的经济发展新思路指导下，大力开展了以经济林果为主的山区林业综合开发和支柱产业建设，大搞特色农业，农业产业化经营出现了良好的开端，农业和农村经济发展步入一个新的历史阶段，探索出了一条从根本上摆脱贫困的希望之路。
